Ultra Violet is a late-maturing sh2 super sweet that is well worth the wait. Strong husk protection, sturdy plants, and excellent row fill complement striking multicolored kernels in pink, purple, and white that hold their color beautifully when boiled, blanched, or grilled. Even the stalks exhibit deep purple hues. Sweet, rich, satisfying, and nicely textured, Ultra Violet has been a standout in our trials and a farm crew favorite. The 8" long ears have 14–20 rows each. 6/12' tall plants.
