Small, 5–8 oz., highly productive ribbed beefsteak with attractive orange color—inside and out. Vivid internal coloration develops at an early stage to allow for a wide harvest window at various stages of maturity. Robust plants hold up well to a long production life cycle. Fruits are comparable to our favorite heirlooms with great flavor, but with the added bonus of improved shelf life.
